朱玉灿，男，1963年出生，硕士研究生，教授。1984年7月毕业于中山大学数学系，获学士学位。1989年7月毕业于中山大学数学系，获硕士学位。长期从事科学研究与教学工作，多次获得福州大学优秀教师的称号。福建省精品课程《高等数学》负责人，福州大学数学公共基础课教学团队负责人。

已主持并完成福建省自然科学基金项目3项，福建省教育厅项目3项，福州大学科技发展基金1项。现主持福建省教育厅基金项目《推广的框架及其应用》(2008.7-2010.12)和福建省自然科学基金项目《全纯映照几何理论与相关问题的研究》(2009.3-2011.10)。

在多复变量函数几何理论、小波分析及其应用、复分析、几何函数论等方面已经取得了一系列的重要的研究成果，已经分别在《中国科学A辑：数学》、《数学学报》、《数学年刊》、《数学物理学报》、《数学进展》、《Science in China Series A: Mathematics》、《J. Math. Anal. Appl.》、《Rocky Mountain J. Math》、《Mathematical and Computer Modelling》、《Taiwanese J. Math》、《Integral Transforms and Special Functions》、《Acta Mathematica Sinica，English Series》、《Acta Mathematica Scientia》、《Complex Variables and Elliptic Equations》、《J. of Chinese Contemporary Mathematics》、《International J. Math. Math. Sci.》、《Southeast Asian Bulletin of Math.》、《Journal of Inequalities in Pure and Applied Mathematics 》等国内外重要的数学杂志上发表学术论文70多篇，其中SCI收录21篇。

(1) 建立了复平面C中的一系列的重要微分从属原理，解决了Miller和Mocanu提出的一个问题，得到解析函数的积分算子保持星形性与单叶性的条件，给出复变量微分方程的解析解的从属关系和单叶性的充要条件，建立了星形函数的一些充分条件等。

(2) 建立了中有界凸平衡域上的双全纯凸映照的一个充要条件和无穷维Hilbert空间中的单位球上的双全纯凸映照的一个充要条件，解决了Graham 和Kohr提出的一个问题；在n维复空间或Banach空间中一些比较一般的Reinhardt域上得到推广的Roper-Suffridge算子具有保持星形性、螺形性等的一些重要性质；得到Reinhardt域Dp上双全纯凸映照的充分条件，从另一角度构造了Dp上的一些双全纯凸映照；推广了varepsilon星形映照的概念，提出了varepsilon拟凸映照的概念，得到了它们的一些重要的研究成果；应用新方法得到了一般Banach空间上双全纯凸映照的偏差定理, 在Banach空间上, 证明了Hamada 和Kohr的一个猜想成立。

(3) 将Hilbert空间中的框架的性质推广到g-框架，引入了g-框架序列，g-Riesz框架，g-Besselian框架，拟g-Riesz基，无冗g-框架，并对它们进行系统的研究，得到了一些类似于框架的性质和一些完全与框架不同的性质，将Hilbert空间中的框架理论推广到Banach空间中，在Banach空间中首次引入了p-拟Riesz基、q-框架、q-Besslian框架的概念，给出p-拟Riesz基和q-Besslian框架的等价刻画，得到了q-框架、p-拟Riesz基、q-Besslian框架的扰动的稳定性的性质。
